CLAUSES
- NO SPAM. My Bank Reserve do not practice, participate or tolerate SPAM of any kind. In case of violation of this clause, the member will be disconnected immediately. Their auto responders, Member’s Page and other data will be deleted, reserving to the company the right to admit him again or not in the system.
- WARRANTY AND LIMITATION RESPONSABILITY. The company does not guarantee financial gain based on the techniques and ideas from our training material available to participants. The examples contained in these materials should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of income. The potential of income depends entirely on the person using our products, ideas and techniques. This is not a "plan to get rich." The level of success you will achieve using our materials depends on the time you devote to the program, your finances, general knowledge and diverse skills.
LIMITED WARRANTY. Several factors can influence success, according to each individual. We cannot guarantee your success or your level of income. We are not responsible for your actions and do not provide any guarantee that you will achieve results similar to any other person. Many factors are crucial to be successful in this System.
- Participate in My Reserve Bank does not guarantee any commitment to results and / or production and does not commit the member in any way.
- The members are not contracted or employees of MY Bank Reserve, just independent representatives of the Company. They are entirely responsible for tax, accounting and labor obligations in accord to current legislation in your country. The Company is not liable in any way for any tax or legal issue must be produced by any of the Members of My Bank Reserve and just the members could be blamed for their own actions.
- The use of misleading and false testimony to promote My Bank Reserve is strictly prohibited. Such practices are sanctioned, reaching the cancellation of registration of the Participant.
- MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The terms and conditions of this Agreement may be modified at any time by the company. The change will be published in a new agreement on our website. Modifications may include, but are not limited to: changes in annual fees, procedures and rules of service. The only recourse against the changes to the Agreement is the end of the relationship between the Participant and the Company therefore the changes are announced and explicit. The Member's continued participation in the System will be considered acceptance of the same changes.
- MEMBER AND MY BANK RESERVE RELATIONSHIP: This is an agreement between two independent parties: you, Member / Participant and My Bank Reserve, the Company. This agreement does not imply any partnership, joint venture, agency franchise or employment relationship between the Member and My Bank Reserve. Members cannot defame or besmirch the reputation of My Bank Reserve, its Members, employees, products and services.
- LIMITED OBLIGATION: Hereby this agreement the member agrees to exempt My Bank Reserve of any liability, claim, loss, damage or expense arising as compensation for infringement or violation of any of the commitments made before this Agreement and Conduct Policy or as a result of misuse of the service contracted by the client.
- My Reserve Bank does no provide warranty of any kind, express or implied, by the service available. My Reserve Bank did not admit any warranty of commercialization. The Company shall not be liable for damages resulting from delays, delivery problems, service interruptions caused by negligence, errors or omissions of its members caused by others.
- The breakdown of this agreement for members, would that company abolished automatically database, thereby breaking any relationship with the Member and losing this all their rights in the system of My Bank Reserve membership.
RATES AND PAYMENT MODES
- All members will receive a link that leads to a Member's Page identical to My Bank Reserve Corporate website where you access your Virtual Office, tools and services at your disposal. Besides a professional auto responder system with sales messages pre-recorded. All in a very secure platform.
- To be part of My Bank Reserve, the participant must pay the inscription rated. This payment must be sent directly to the company by the method chosen. Thus, the participant becomes an active member and will have 72 hours to make the first participation through the person who is indicated by the System. Otherwise, the Member's state will be "blocked" and the member expelled from the system without the right to reclaim any amount paid.
- Methods of Payment: the renewal of registration will be done annually. The member can choose the most convenient way between the methods provided by the Company.
- Payment Methods: My Bank Reserve accepts the following payment methods: Western Union, MoneyGram, wire transfer, bank deposit, PayPal, AlertPay and Liberty Reserve. The Company reserves the right to modify these options at any time.
- Extra promotional resources, including its provision, generally have a cost and monthly payment, as the Cooperative Advertising, Prospecting System, etc.
- My Bank Reserve holds the right to temporarily suspend the service when any incident occurred with the payment services (credit card fraud, for example) or for non-payment.
MY BANK RESERVE OBLIGATIONS
- Server Operation.My Bank Reserve will make its best efforts to ensure the correct operation of their servers. In this respect, the company shall not be liable for any damage arising from: interference, omission, interruption, virus and malware attacks, damage to phone systems and disconnections of any utility placed on the platform where the pages of the system are, for causes unrelated to company or delays and blockages caused by inefficiency of the page or overloads of telephone lines or overload of data central processing system, Internet or other electronic systems, as well as damages caused by third parties (e.g. hackers) by interference illegitimate outside control of the Company.
- Member Service Guarantee: we provide technical support for all services provided by My Bank Reserve when there is any technical problem resulting from the installation or configuration of them. We solve problems and provide electronic answer on the solution within 1-3 business days. You can also consult the most frequently asked questions (FAQ). My Bank Reserve offers rear of all services rendered and the best support for our participants feel fully satisfied. MY BANK RESERVE PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS
- Without prejudice to the obligations of this Agreement, the Member will not do SPAM (unwanted email crowded, posted without express consent). Any case of SPAM detected by our system, either by going beyond the daily sending quote of emails, either by customer complains, the Member's Link will be disabled immediately, with no possibility of re-entry into our System.
- Assignment of rights: the members may not assign rights or obligations under this Agreement to any third party without prior expressed consent of My Bank Reserve. The participant shall not inform the passwords sent by the Company upon the payment of your subscription. Any member that facilitates access to the password to any non- participant of My Bank Reserve will lose their registration and can no longer participate.
MY BANK RESERVE CONDUCT CODE
Any Member that does not comply with the My Bank Reserve Conduct Code or any provision of this Agreement described hereby this document you will be unsubscribed immediately and irreversibly.
- It is not allowed to offer enrollment price differently charged by the firm..
- Do not allow trafficking in influence, the penalty shall direct the immediate suspension of the System.
- Not allowed to add prospect participants without prior written consent.
- It is forbidden to do SPAM. The sending of unwanted emails in the System produces immediate banishment.
- It is not allowed to offer client information that does not honor to the truth or promises of gains in a week, month or year. Each person has their personal characteristics: one can devote one hour per day and do not promote the system; or work 12 hours a day, spending thousands of dollars on advertising and devote himself exclusively and another person that cannot know what is an email or the Internet. Thus it is not allowed to make false promises on-time performance, since it is impossible to predict with certainty and would be misleading to the participant and future Member that will be part of your direct team. We must devote attention to the participant to develop in our system and gain autonomy and act independently. The Members of My Bank Reserve should help your team in everything they need, technical advice and support because we are a team and how it works My Bank Reserve.
- The member that do not accept a participation received within 48 hours, will be suspended indefinitely of the system and will have to send an email reporting the incident to the Department of Support to have your account reactivated.
